What Goes Into Miura Board®
We started our company in 2018 to rid the planet from plastic waste, to reduce logging, and to divert carpet from landfills. Miura Board® is the most durable, 100% recycled alternative to marine-grade plywood; made by upcycling commingled plastic waste and natural or synthetic fibers (e.g. rice hulls, Nylon/PET carpet, etc). Our product is versatile and can be used for an endless number of projects, such as concrete forming, roofing, cladding, boardwalks, marinas, bleachers, ramps or any open space infrastructure; but also for stables, kennels, coops, boat decks, etc.
